Our Executive Team
Mark N. Barnhart, Chief Executive Officer
The second-generation leader of NPC, Mark assumed ownership of the family-owned company in 1987. Since that time, he has steered the organization’s transition to a provider. Under Mark’s guidance, NPC has steadily increased its ability to aggregate technologies and deliver innovative solutions that go far beyond the printed page.
Mark W. Kelly, President
Mark joined NPC in 1989 as the company’s Controller, bringing valuable finance experience from both private and publicly traded organizations. In addition to making substantial contributions to the success and strength of NPC, Mark has also served on the Board of Directors of the National Association for Printing Leadership (NAPL).
Leroy D. Corbin, Vice President of Sales
For more than 20 years, Leroy has been instrumental in developing and implementing clearly defined solutions for NPC customers. He has led advances in document processing, document management and conversion, digital printing services, and the company’s secure and intelligent document solutions initiatives.
Ed Detwiler, Vice President
Ed has been an integral contributor to the growth and success of NPC throughout his nearly 25 years here, serving in various leadership positions. Leveraging his operational and technical experience, he has overseen the organization's status as a leading print contractor to the federal government. Ed is currently spearheading NPC’s expansion into new market segments through a comprehensive integrated solutions strategy.
Tim McCarthy, Chief Financial Officer
Tim began his career on Wall Street, where he held a variety of accounting and finance positions. He joined the NPC team in 1995 as Controller. In his current role as Chief Financial Officer, Tim ensures fiscal stability through the implementation of systems and processes that ensure the effective management of cash, costs and risks.
Chip Gallaher, Chief Information Officer
With a comprehensive grasp of information technology, Chip has overseen the development and organization of NPC’s vast databases since 1998. Chip’s knowledge and long-range perspective — and expertise in workflow and business process outsourcing — make him a valuable strategist for NPC and our customers.
Regis Sherry, General Manager
Since joining NPC in 2001, Regis has led NPC’s operational team championing the Continuous Improvement Program through initiatives ranging from lean manufacturing concepts, visual standardization and streamlined make-ready practices. Regis engages all employees in the quest for perfection, achieving enhanced efficiencies, quick turnarounds and total satisfaction to meet our customers’ needs.
Bruce Gochnour, Director of Estimating and Pricing
Bruce came to NPC in 2002 from the distribution industry to assume responsibilities for job planning and scheduling. He soon added cost estimating and pricing activities to his contributions. In his current role, Bruce provides expertise in cost justification for capital investments as an Executive Team Member and advisor.
