NPC takes security seriously
Help prevent fraud and counterfeiting by using security papers in your printing. NPC uses AuthentiGuard technology from Document Security Systems to do just that. By protecting the document itself from being scanned or copied, you’re taking a cost-effective step toward preventing misuse.

Facility Security
We take security seriously. We know that misuse of company or personal information can have drastic effects. Protection of your data and documents means that your printer takes precautions as well. Upon a visit to NPC’s facility, you’ll quickly notice our attention to your protection. Visitors not only sign in and are often asked for ID, but also are escorted by an NPC employee during their entire visit unless additional steps have been taken to grant specific privileges.
We have facility security in place.
- Our facility requires a swipe card for access.
- Once inside, employees are restricted from entering certain departments based on the confidential nature of the data being handled within these areas.
- Our digital services area (including survey processing, mail preparation, data management, and prepress) and our digital printing, inserting and mailing area has an additional level of swipe card security.
- Surveillance cameras monitor our digital printing department, which regularly produces letters, statements, and notices containing confidential information. All employees in the area have passed background checks and have been fingerprinted.
- All NPC employees are required to pass a drug test.
