The GPO Simplified Purchase Agreement (SPA) 960 program changed the way that agencies buy printing from the private sector. Even if your agency is included in Title 44, authorized buyers at your agency can use the GPO SPA to procure print and related products directly from participating vendors.
Why use the GPO SPA program?
When using the SPA program, individual work orders are written, procured and administered (in concurrence with GPO) by your agency. This often saves your agency time in procurement and can speed delivery. Most agencies can use the SPA program for purchases valued at under $10,000; however, some have higher or lower caps.
