To support the rollout of a namesake key initiative of President Obama, a large government agency turned to NPC with an urgent need to produce and mail millions of notification letters — with varying, inconsistent order quantities and 24-hour order-to-mail turn times – that were “critical to an individual’s livelihood and safety.”
NPC made significant capital investments to meet the agency’s requirements, including a complete building transformation from a paper warehouse to a fully-functional production facility, the purchase and installation of new digital presses and inserters, and the rapid hiring and training of 50 new employees – all in less than two months and ahead of schedule.
