Caleb Jones’s transition from a U.S. Navy avionics technician to a pivotal role at NPC is a story of remarkable adaptation and growth. “I started at NPC in early 2022 as a maintenance technician,” Caleb recalls. “My military background was in F18 avionics, so I was used to high stakes and precise work. NPC offered a new arena where I could apply these skills.” Within a year, his dedication and knack for problem-solving led him and his colleague, Brody Morral, to spearhead an engineering project that succeeded and paved the way for forming “The Project Team,” with Caleb stepping into an Engineering Technician role.
In his new role, Caleb thrived by working closely with management and vendors to induct new equipment and develop crucial training and regulatory documentation. “The dynamic nature of NPC meant that I quickly found myself moving from one exciting challenge to another,” he explains. His ability to adapt and his eagerness to tackle new problems led to another advancement. “Recently, I was presented with the opportunity to focus on regulatory compliance—a critical and complex area vital for our operations.”
Caleb’s journey at NPC has been a testament to the organization’s dynamic environment, which he credits for his rapid career development. “NPC taught me that it doesn’t matter where you start. What matters is your ability to flow to where you’re most needed,” he shares. This philosophy has shaped his approach, helping him make significant contributions wherever he goes.
“The intersection of organizational and personal growth at NPC excites me the most,” Caleb says enthusiastically. “Working with incredible people who care deeply about their impact has not only propelled my growth but has also driven the company forward at an impressive pace. I think it’s because of this spirit I have seen the company grow exponentially in such a short time.”
Caleb’s leadership style is deeply influenced by his commitment to servant leadership, a principle that resonates with NPC’s culture. “I believe in leading by example—never asking anyone to do something I wouldn’t do myself,” he asserts. NPC embodies this ‘we’re in this together’ attitude at every level. “If you ask any operator, they will likely have a story of when the deadline was looming and NPC leadership joined them in the hard work of getting the job out. I admire leaders who exemplify this hands-on attitude, and NPC has many.”
As Caleb looks ahead, he is motivated by the opportunities to grow and help others advance. “Being part of NPC is about more than just fulfilling job duties. It’s about growing together, facing challenges head-on, and being proud of the work we do every day,” he reflects.
