Nick Bertoni has 15 years of experience in public opinion polling with 10+ years managing online panels. In his role overseeing KnowledgePanel Operations at Ipsos, Mr. Bertoni is responsible for shaping the strategic vision for KnowledgePanel management, recruitment, retention, and overall efficiency. Over the course of his career, he has personally managed the execution of over 100 panel surveys in addition to numerous modes of panel recruitment. He brings a unique perspective to panel management, having been both a vendor and a client for online panels in the commercial and non-profit sectors. In addition to panel management, he is experienced in developing best practices for online mobile optimization and is skilled in budgetary control, email delivery management, team building, leadership, training, and public speaking.

Her specialties include full-service market research sales across diverse sectors, including political, private, governmental, and veteran-focused organizations. Lauren possesses a deep understanding of multi-country studies, adeptly navigating the complexities of international timelines and translation. Her tenure at Dynata has made her extremely well versed in sampling and panel processes.
